Terms of Service

Reservations are confirmed once the quote is signed and payment authorization is received. Rates quoted include tolls and standard gratuity unless noted.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, a 50% fee applies; no-shows are charged in full.

Complimentary wait time is 15 minutes for local pickups, 60 minutes for international arrivals. Additional wait time bills in 15-minute increments.

Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Damage or excessive cleaning may incur a restoration fee.
